Hi ajay, You are in good profession. Actually this is the right time to explore the new things in UI. Before 2010, nobody cares about UI so much but now in all sector like Govt or Private everybody want to see good UI. As they believe Good UI means Good Impression and its right some where also. Every big company like Accenture, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Wipro, TCS etc All want skillful UI developer . As per there experience they would be hired from 4 lacs to 20 lacs. Skills you need that is first as a good designer, good in Phoroshop and other designing tools like Coral, Illustrator, Indesign and then come UI part. HTML5, CSS and CSS3, Bootstrap framework, Materializecss Framework, Javascript and jquery.
