Key Achievements and Milestones Accomplished During the Year

27th February 2015: On the first anniversary of my website

>>I have completed one year. I found myself at an important turning point in my professional journey. While the website continued to grow steadily, my primary focus had shifted toward advancing my career. During this period, I moved on from my roles at Weblauncher and IGNOU and began exploring new opportunities in the IT industry.
>>My goal was to raise my professional standards, learn emerging technologies, and apply them in real-world projects. By this time, my website had successfully crossed 10,000 visitors, reflecting the growing trust and support of learners from different backgrounds.
>>Alongside managing the website, I dedicated myself to enhancing my technical expertise. I gained proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Core PHP, and began working toward transforming the website from a static platform into a dynamic one.
>>I joined GM Technology, where I continued my development journey and worked actively on converting the website into a dynamic portal. Several sections were successfully migrated, marking a significant milestone in the platform's evolution. Another proud achievement was making the website fully responsive using Bootstrap, allowing users to access it seamlessly across mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
>>Although this phase came with its share of challenges, perseverance and continuous learning eventually led me to a new opportunity and greater confidence in shaping the future of both my career and website.

November 2014: Introduction of Databank

>> One of my first major contributions to students was the Databank, a resource created to support genuine learners with useful educational content.
>> As the website continued to grow, it crossed 5,000 visitors, receiving tremendous support and appreciation from IGNOU students and learners from various backgrounds. Encouraged by this response, I introduced a new section called Student Zone, which became another valuable addition to the platform.
>> I also started my personal blog, BondPanda.blogspot.com, and successfully published 10 blogs in a year. This blog represents my world of Pandagiri - a space where I am free to think, free to write, and share my observations about society, people, and life.
