This blog is a demonstration of when you face a real interview, What is the thought of interviewer?? How can you impress him?? What are the areas where you need ideas, solutions, and how to overcome your problems?? What are your Strengths and Weakness??

Most of the questions are abstract and behavior-based which helps the interviewer assess your ability to handle the job. Let's start with the very common question>

1. Tell us something about yourself: Prepare a short and crisp answer. Your communication skills are mostly judged by the interviewer while you present your answer to this question.
Focus on your accomplishments and the course you have completed and try to relate them to the job description you are being interviewed for.

2. Why are you interested: When the interviewer asked this question start with your qualification and skills. The interviewers try to look for those aspirants who really want to join them and those who are fit for the job. You need to provide some tangible reasons for wanting the particular job and thus you must make sure that you know the job description well so that you can relate your answers accordingly.

3. What are your Strengths and Weaknesses: This is one question that looks extremely harmless but it can get you to dig a pit and throw yourself in it. So prepare thoroughly.

4. List out strengths: List out three strengths that you have that set you apart and which you can also relate to the job as well. Nerve ever tell negative points about yourself.
How would your friends and teachers describe you? Highlights your personal and professional attributes which will help to indicate what kind of a person you are as a student and as a classmate.

5. What motivates you: There is no right or wrong about giving an answer to this question as everyone's answer is different. But validate your answer with examples.

6. What are your short and long goals: Prepare the answer to this question well as it shows your clarity of thought. Your short-term goal should be practical. Concrete and long-term goals should be related to your passion and accomplish personal traits.

7. Final Question: Just try to conclude yourself in 2 minutes with a clear state of mind. Importantly should complete your homework before going to an interview.
